1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 6x6bet platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you ("the Player") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of 6x6bet, including players accessing the platform from Pakistan and any other permitted jurisdiction. Where any provision of these terms conflicts with applicable local law, such provision shall be construed so as to comply with that law to the minimum extent necessary, with the remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.

6x6bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with 6x6bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 6x6bet strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any time and the platform reserves the right to suspend any account pending completion of age verification.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and third-party agents may not register accounts on 6x6bet.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 6x6bet is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on 6x6bet. Only one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of 6x6bet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6x6bet employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. As a registered player, you may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to comply with KYC requests within the specified timeframe will result in temporary restriction of account functionality.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6x6bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify 6x6bet support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• All transactions and wagers placed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been made by you, whether or not they were actually authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to 6x6bet prior to such transactions occurring.
• You must ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• 6x6bet will never request your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login page. Do not respond to any such requests.
• You are responsible for ensuring your registered email address remains active and accessible. Important account notifications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations, are delivered to your registered email.

6x6bet implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and transaction processes. However, the platform cannot be held liable for security breaches attributable to the Player's own negligence in managing their account credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6x6bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Raast Instant Payment. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 6x6bet's discretion without prior notice.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 6x6bet wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours to process depending on the originating bank.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These thresholds may be updated at any time.
• Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered player.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC status and any ongoing security review. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in PKR. 6x6bet does not facilitate multi-currency accounts or automatic currency conversion.
• Fees: 6x6bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond our control.

6x6bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to bank statements, payment method screenshots, and identity documents, as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will be held pending until such documentation is provided and verified to our satisfaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6x6bet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically stated in the individual offer terms. Bonuses and associated winnings not wagered within the expiry period will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: 6x6bet employs detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including coordinated play across multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploitation of software errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Geographic Restrictions: Some promotions may be restricted to players in specific regions. Availability of any given promotion to Pakistani players will be clearly communicated in the promotion terms.
• Right to Modify: 6x6bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a legitimate reason for doing so, including but not limited to technical errors, fraud, or abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on 6x6bet — whether on sports markets including PSL cricket, casino table games, live dealer games, slot titles, or any other product offered on the platform — are subject to the following general rules:

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player, except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-amendment function for that specific market.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, market, and product type. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted at 6x6bet's discretion.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error on any game or market, 6x6bet reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honoured.
• Suspicious Activity: 6x6bet monitors all gaming activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, insider information, or other forms of corrupt activity. Any account suspected of involvement in such activity will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant authorities may be notified.
• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes on 6x6bet are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events conducted by professional dealers.
• Cricket & Sports Betting: PSL and international cricket markets, as well as all other sports betting markets offered on 6x6bet, are governed by the specific sports betting rules available in the platform's Sports Rules section. In the event of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6x6bet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any poker, tournament, or live dealer game format offered on 6x6bet.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity corruption in connection with markets offered on the platform.
• Charging-back or reversing a deposit through your bank or payment provider after those funds have been wagered on the platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued legally.
• Using the platform while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period, whether via your original account or any new account created to circumvent the exclusion.

8 Responsible Gaming

6x6bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6x6bet and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 6x6bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform availability, whether due to planned maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or any other cause.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any odds, statistics, or game information displayed on the platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided by third-party game studios or data providers integrated into the platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, as outlined in Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the aggregate liability of 6x6bet to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6x6bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

6x6bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 6x6bet is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of platform services and relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without advance notice. The date of last update displayed at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 6x6bet holds its operating licence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by 6x6bet's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights pending the conclusion of arbitration.
